I’m really looking forward to seeing this episode. My DVR is set and ready to try this diet plan. Dr Joel Fuhrman will be telling Dr Oz about which foods to actually eat more of to help you lose weight fast! 10 LBS in 1 week is fast! I sure hope this is possible, because I have a whole wardrobe that used to fit that I would LOVE to wear again!
